I think I wrote the wrong name. Osborne is the puppy we wish to adoptI ! He is all white with blue eyes. When do I pay for him and how old does he have to be before he can come home? Six or eight weeks? He will be a new member of our family and the only four legged one. Please let us know the important details. We live in Saint Albans. My husband is getting ready to retire from the 35th CST and I am retired from the Air Force. Osborne will have four older brothers: two at home and two are grown; one at WVU, the other at Marshall. The third brother will be off to college in a year then only one left for a few more years. Osborne shall reign from then on. We await your information with eager anticipation!
