SALES CONTRACT
This sales agreement is made by and between BAB Bulldogs, herein referred to as sellers and _____________________________, herein referred to as buyers, on ____________________.
Buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to hold their order of ____ pick _________ pup. Deposits are non-refundable but may be able to be moved to another litter if agreed upon between both parties. The rest of the purchase price will be paid before said pup can leave premises, whether that be buyers picking the pup up or pup being shipped. Total purchase price is $500.00 for pet only with a signed spay/neuter contract and limited registration or $800.00 for full registration. Arrangements must be made for said pup to be picked up or shipped by 8 weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. If there have not been prior arrangements made and said pup is still here after 8 weeks, buyer agrees to forfeit their pick and deposit cannot be moved to another litter.
BAB Bulldogs does the best they can in trying to fit the right puppy to right owner. If BAB Bulldogs feels that your pick is not going to be a good fit for the puppy or the new owners, you may choose to pick another pup that is available or move your deposit to the next comparable litter. BAB Bulldogs does reserve the right to refuse any sale.
This contract must be signed and sent with your $250.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your pick. Pick will not be reserved until BAB Bulldogs receives the signed contract and deposit both! BAB Bulldogs will then return a copy of the contract with their signature to the buyer for their records.
SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT
This agreement is made and entered into this ______ day of _______________ 200__ by and between BAB Bulldogs (Seller) and ___________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a purebred ___________________________________ from the litter whelped on _______________________ out of ________________sire, and ___________________dam.
For $________________ the seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to purchase a ______female, ______male companion puppy/dog from the litter described above subject to the following terms.
Seller warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred _______________________________ and is registerable______, not registerable _______ with ________________________________, and that the registration papers will be provided once proof of spay/neuter has been received. Registration papers will be marked limited registration.
Puppies must be spayed/neutered before the age of nine months. Adult dogs must be spayed/neutered within one month from date of purchase. If such proof is not provided within this time, Seller will be reimbursed for the amount of $300.00 or said dog will be returned to Seller and any shipping fees, vet bills or other cost incurred will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer agrees not to breed the above described puppy/dog at any time. If the Buyer breeds the puppy/dog, without express written permission of the Seller, the Seller has all rights to the offspring of the above mentioned dog. Seller has the option to take ownership of said offspring/puppies and of the above mentioned dog, and Buyer will not be compensated in any way for either of them, nor will be Buyer be due any type of registration papers whatsoever then or in the future.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well being and protection of this puppy/dog. If the Buyer breaches this Agreement, the Buyer forfeits all rights to said dog and Seller will regain ownership.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
BAB Bulldogs guarantees your pup for up to 1 year of age against Hip Dysplasia or other Life Threatening "Genetic Defects". Once the pup has been received, it must have a
vet check within 2 working days for this contract to be valid. If the puppy is found to not be in good health at this time, Buyer will immediately return said pup to Seller
with a copy of the report signed by a licensed veterinarian. Once our veterinarian has validated this claim, replacement pup of equal value will be given out of the next available litter.
If said puppy is found to have a Life Threatening "Genetic defect"or Hip Dysplasia before 1 year of age, all records from licensed veterinarian showing the defect, along with the
OFA or PENN Hip report w/x-rays, must be provided to BAB Bulldogs. Once verified by our veterinarian, buyer may choose to opt for one of the following:
1) Return said pup to BAB Bulldogs along with all registration papers and take a pup of equal value from the next available litter;
2) Keep said pup and have it Spayed/Neutered, provide proof to BAB Bulldogs, and receive replacement pup at 1/2 off from next available litter.
All vet bills, shipping costs and any other cost incured with be the responsibility of the buyer.
This guarantee will be NULL AND VOID if any of the following situations have occurred: If the animal has been:
A) Abused
B) Neglected in any manner
C) Bred (either by choice or accident)
D) Fought
E) Weightpulled
Buyer agrees to provide all the necessary routine veterinary care. This contract will also be void if buyer fails to provide routine vet care.
All puppies/Dogs sold by BAB Bulldogs must be given first choice to come back here before being sold or placed in another home.
This is a puppy back guarantee only, NO CASH REFUNDS!
Buyer agrees to send updates and pictures of said dog at 6 months and 1 year.
